A weekend workshop with Gabrielle Moleta in her detailed method to creating character through working in animal.
“To act is to transform” and this approach gives the actor/performer a physical method of work, with an animal or bird as the source. You can read about the approach, ‘Transformation and Imaginative Improvisation’, here.

About Gabrielle
Gabrielle works as a movement coach and director, and has been helping develop actors and performers over the past two decades. She gives masterclasses internationally, and has taught at leading conservatoires in the UK. She teaches regularly at RADA and Gaiety School of Acting - The National Théâtre School of Ireland, and is part of the movement faculty at Shakespeare’s Globe. In her Transformation work she carries a unique legacy passed down from teacher to assistant, from Jacques Copeau through Michel Saint Denis, John Blatchley and Catherine Clouzot.You can read more about her coaching work here.
