Oslo, Lisa Ullmann Scholarship and new collaborations

Working with Birgit Nordby, one of the few actors to inherit Catherine Clouzot's legacy, has been a goal years in the making. Discussions began in 2019, and this June, it finally happened. Birgit's residency at SoriaLab and my scholarship from the Lisa Ullmann Travelling Scholarship Fund provided the means for a week-long R&D endeavor. Our research spanned various locations, including field trips to the Bearpark in Fla and studio-based research of our respective approaches to working in animal. These studio sessions unfolded at SoriaLab and Kristiania, where we were joined by writer Nelly Winterhalder. This collaborative week marks the inception of a promising partnership aimed at documenting our unique transformational methods and laying the foundation for a new creative production.
